Resepi Kuih Gelang Kampung

It is so easy to make kueh gelang than buy it at the kedai...more cheapers and more sweetest....sebelum buat tue memanglah rase macam malaslah, tak retilah, itulah inilah tapi bila dah siap nahhhh senang nak mampus...sambil tengok citer hindustan jer buat nyer.... jadi munkin blog entry ini buat ingatan diriku dan pembaca blogku yang mungkin tiada care nak bikin "cute dan miut traditional big apple" ketika aku kesunyian meratapi kesedihan masakan eropah nanti....

Mungkin sebab kerinduan terlampau untuk kembali berschool dan buat lab report, so buat lab report pasal nii pun hantam sajelah....

Problem statement: how to make delicious and fabulous kueh gelang?

Apparatus and materials: water, oil, ubi kayu, periuk, lesung, gula. tepung gandum and air tangan...

Procedure:
  1. Cut the ubi into a small pieces and dont forget to wash it with a plain water.
  2. Put water until the ubi immerge fully in the water.
  3. Heat up the ubi with fire and dont forget to close the periuk with lid.
  4. When the ubi become lembik, rince the water and punch the ubi with lesung and add some tepug gandum.
  5. Slowly shape the ubi into a circle withthe empty hole in the middle and cook it in a hot boiling oil until it become brownish.
  6. Then cook the sugar with just a very little oil and add some water.
  7. Cook the kueh gelang all together-gether with the gula...
  8. Finally, it is ready to be serve hot-hot.

Conclusion: the traditional big apple aka kueh gelang is delicious and mamamia...
p/s: untuk sesiapa yang nak buat order bolehlah order dengan jualan $25sen seketul....
